View the show units and facilities model. Register your interest before 27 October 2026. Message us to arrange an appointment and the showflat address.
29 October 2026 (Thu)
Balloting
Where interest is high, balloting decides the order in which registered buyers are called to choose their unit. A good ballot number is useful, but your preparation matters just as much.
31 October 2026 (Sat)
Booking Day
Called buyers select an available unit, sign the booking and pay the booking fee, usually 5% of the purchase price. Bring what the sales team asks for and confirm the accepted payment form beforehand.
Prepare before the preview ends
Your numbers
- A realistic budget and the unit types you would consider
- An in-principle loan approval from your bank
- A check of CPF funds and cash available for the booking fee
Your documents
- NRIC or passport for every buyer
- Proof of income if you need a loan
- Details for joint buyers
